Mark Hartman Annual Co-Ed Volleyball Tournament

Registration 7:30 - 8:00 a.m.

Tournament begins 8:30 a.m.

All games played at the Spring Grove Middle School, Intermediate School, and Spring Grove Elementary School.  (Food stands at all locations.)

Registration Fee: $120/team

$130 after Feb. 13th

All proceeds of this tournament go to support the Mark Hartman Scholarship Foundation and the Spring Grove Area Community Center and Regional Parks and Recreation Commission. Mark Hartman a Spring Grove Area Student died in a car accident in April 2003. In addition to working on his family farm, Mark was a member of the New Fairview Church of the Brethren, the Spring Grove JV volleyball team and the Spring Grove High School Chorus. In honor of Mark and the positive effect he had on all of our lives, we are organizing this benefit volleyball tournament. We are looking forward to a very successful weekend that will honor the memory of a fellow volleyball player and friend. 

The Community Center offers many fitness classes, a fitness center, computer lab for programs, after school program for 5 through 8 grade students and many rental opportunities of all kinds.  The Community Center also houses many groups such as the Windy Hill Senior Center, Spring Gove Historical & Preservation Society, Boy Scout Troop 30, Spring Grove Youth Soccer Association, Spring Grove Youth Athletic Association, Papertown Pinners, and Spring Grove Baseball. We plan to use the proceed from the tournament to help fund our community programs.
