Want a kick butt non-stop
workout? Push yourself to the limits with this boot camp style class. A non-dancing approach to getting fit and losing weight
in record time. Train, while learning good form and having fun. Some equipment will
be utilized as well as body weight training. Anyone can attend this class and
work out at your own level.

Punch &
kick your way to a tight, toned body! Learn correct Kick Boxing form while burning
calories and having fun. This class progresses from initial form practice
to form using gloves and punching bag. It is for beginners through advanced.
Get a heart pumping workout while having fun. Gloves and hand wraps are
not mandatory to participate in this class but if you
have them, please bring them.

children ages 18 months-4 yrs. and will focus on basic tumbling skills, and lots

during their lunch hour. This is a low impact class that includes
resistance training, stretching, stability ball and moderate weight training.

Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves
and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries.
Zumba is a mix of Latin and International music/dance themes creating a dynamic,
exciting and effective fitness system. It's a mixture of body sculpting
movements with easy to follow dance steps.

Variety is key
in avoiding "burnout" and plateau. This class will offer opportunity to do
just that. Changing your program, activities, and exercise regime is
essential for a balanced fitness program. We will cover a gambit of
workouts including Spin®, Pilates, Active
Isolated Stretching, Step, Indoor Walking, Weight class (including medicine
ball, hand weights, body bars) Resist-A-Ball, and 'Old School Aerobics'.
This will be an enjoyable class for all ages and fitness levels.

This class is a series of easy,
gentle, and relaxing movements that stimulate, circulate and balance internal
energy. Benefits include increased balance, increased energy,
